Preschool/Pre-K
Ages 3-4

Our preschool program offers an enriching experience entirely outdoors, designed specifically for young learners ages 3–4. Blending a nurturing, play-based approach with a thoughtfully designed early childhood curriculum, we support the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.

Children spend their days immersed in the natural world, where curiosity leads the way. Foundational skills are introduced through hands-on exploration, stories, songs, nature-based projects, and sensory-rich play. Our curriculum aligns with early learning standards while honoring the rhythms of childhood and the seasons.

From counting pinecones to storytelling in the forest, each day is filled with wonder, movement, and meaningful connection. Daily routines include nature walks, themed activities, free play, shared meals, and rest time—all supported by caring teachers who guide children with intention and heart.

This program lays a strong foundation for future learning while allowing childhood to unfold as it should: full of joy, imagination, discovery, and muddy boots.

Our preschool program offers both morning and afternoon sessions, giving families the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits their unique rhythm. Whether you need a shorter day or a consistent routine, our options are designed to support your family’s needs.

Curriculum

Our toddler enrichment program is inspired by the gentle rhythms of the Treehouse Nature Study curriculum—designed to spark curiosity, connection, and joy in the very youngest learners. With a focus on seasonal themes and child-led discovery, toddlers explore the world around them through nature walks, hands-on activities, simple songs, stories, and art.

This approach encourages wonder and early learning in a calm, supportive setting where toddlers can engage their senses, build early language skills, and connect with nature at their own pace. Our program nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and heart—while laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning outdoors.

Four book covers of Treehouse Nature Study series, each with illustrations representing seasons: a pine branch with cones for winter, a butterfly and foliage for spring, an octopus for summer, and an owl for autumn.
